🌟 I am so pleased (and a little scared!) to share some amazing news with you all. I’ve just signed a book deal with Routledge, part of the Taylor and Francis Group, publishers for my upcoming book, tentatively titled:
A Guide to Addressing Visual Plagiarism: Ethical Insights for Artists and Designers in an AI World. 🎨🤖
This book, due for completion in December 2025, will explore the pressing issue of visual plagiarism in the age of AI. As technology continues to evolve, so do the challenges and ethical dilemmas faced by artists and designers. This book aims to provide a comprehensive guide to understanding and navigating these complexities. However, it also intends to tackle age-old ethical considerations of image production and consumption, not just those accentuated by AI. 🖼️✨
I will be collaborating with creatives from all around the world to discuss their experiences with visual plagiarism and how AI image generation is transforming the creative landscape. Their insights and stories will be invaluable to furthering this discourse, and I look forward to featuring diverse perspectives to enrich this important conversation. 🌍🗣️
If you are a creative professional, art and design faculty or researcher with thoughts or experiences on this topic, I invite you to get in touch and collaborate to unpack these critical issues and lay the foundations for a more ethical and innovative future in the arts and design. ✍️💡
Watch this space! 👀📅
